Our experience purchasing a new home built by Terry Inman was excellent.
It was quite fortuitous that we ended up buying our new home. The
construction of this house was nearly complete when we found it. We met
Terry for the first time while we walked through and he showed us
different features that he had incorporated into the house. Many of the
features and designs that we had discussed with an architect (in planning
a completely new home) were things that Terry had already incorporated
into this house. We loved the open floor plan, large kitchen and pantry,
as well as the unique architectural features throughout the house. Its
easy to see Terry’s background in carpentry reflected into the house. Fine
details in moldings, arches and columns demonstrate that he appreciates
those details and takes pride in the houses that he builds. The quality of
the workmanship is also evident the longer we live in our home. Over these
first few months, its also been very reassuring that Terry has been quick
to respond to any questions or minor issues that have popped up. We can
confidently state that he will stand behind his homes and that he wants to
keep his homebuyers happy for the long run.
Overall, this move has been as painless and seamless as could be expected.
The fact that we moved into a new home that meets all of our family’s
needs, is beautiful and soundly constructed in all aspects made it a
winning proposition all around. We would not hesitate to recommend Terry Inman if you are contemplating building the new
home of your dreams.

For our
retirement, after having owned four previous homes, we drew plans that
required extensive modifications from the norm to accommodate ourselves
and my handicapped parents. Terry addressed our requests and we easily
came to agreement on everything. Terry was at the job site daily, many
times doing the physical work himself. Some changes were made during
construction with Terry always doing whatever was necessary to satisfy us.
During construction, also, Angie accompanied us to suppliers and
contractors to assure that we were properly handled and satisfied with
choices of cabinetry, countertops, appliances, plumbing and lighting
fixtures, carpeting, tile, doors, and paint and stain options. The Inman’s
were available 24/7 by cell phone, even on weekends while away on
vacation. To say that we are 100% satisfied with the quality of
workmanship and materials and the attention to our needs and requests is
an understatement. We highly recommend Inman Construction to anyone
wanting a custom home built by caring people with the priority goal of
satisfying their customers.

We have
built three homes with Terry Inman of Inman Custom Homes. The qualities of
workmanship, materials and attention to detail are second to none. Whether
comparing Inman’s work and finished product to the largest “brand-name”
builder or to the most specialized custom boutique builder, the finished
home is the best value in the market today.
Terry personally oversees the successful completion of every detail in his
homes. He operates under the philosophy that any home that bears his name
must be built to the same exact standards as his own personal residence.

This was our first time building a home and we would do it again tomorrow
with Terry and Angi Inman. We had heard horrific stories from friends and
acquaintances about their experiences with different builders, and at first
we were nervous and extremely cautious.
But, quickly the Inmans made us feel comfortable and we actually started to
enjoy ourselves with the process. Through Terry and Angi's guidance, they
helped us make the right decisions but still allowed us to make it our own.
Terry's expertise is in construction and Angi's background is in interior
selections, and both were able to help us make the right choices and stay on
schedule.
Since moving in last January, countless people have stopped to admire
different aspects of our house... Including neighbors who happen to be in
the construction business. They have all commented on the quality of the
work.
Now, when we talk to those friends who had bad building experiences, they
are amazed at how easy and well managed our entire building experience had
been. As we said in the beginning, we would build with Terry and Angi again
tomorrow. But first, we want to enjoy this house for awhile.
